Grinders

Grinders are mainly manufactured in 4 types.

• Grinders With Seperators:

  Grinding process is done with hammers, and the thickness of the grinding is controlled with the seperator over the grinder. In order to activate the system vantilator, cyclones, grinded materials stocks, filter and piping is also neeeded. This grinder is mostly suitable for any kind of mineral and mine.

• Tpo Type Standart Grinders:

  Grinding process is made with hammers or pallets. Thickness of the grinding is controlled with the sieve on the exit of the grinder. This grinder is an universal one and is suitable for food materials. The material to be grinded in this ne should not be more than 8 mm. Power is 1,5 kw.

       The materials that can be grinded in this grinder are:

Sliding Conveyors

Sliding conveyor is used to stock the materials such as pasta, nuts, cereal which has such big possibility to break.

Designed to help the material slide down into the silo instead of falling into the silo.besides bigger sliding conveyors help bags to slide down safely to the stock area in the factories where the production phase is finished upstairs.

Star Feeders

Generally Used For Dust Materials Under Cyclones, Conical And Prismatic Silos. The Space And Volume It Needs Is Very Small. It Is Suitable For Small Capacities.

Pulleys

Used on the edge of the belt conveyors wıth dıfferent purposes such as drıve, stretching.

Rolls

Used to carry the load of the belt and the material. Manufactured due to the wıdth of the belt with dıfferent dıameters and steel thıcknesses. May be used solo, double or triple due to the capacıty, speed and degree of the conveyor.

Brush

In case of eraser has no use, secondary address ıs to use the brush. But ıts maın usage area ıs belts wıth serrıform, uneven, jagged surfaces.

Mixers

Dynamic Mixers

Used for mixing the particles and the fluid. There are 2 main types:

• Ribbon Mixers: Mixing time is longer and the energy consumption is less.System is based on a simple mechanism working with the ribbon shaped screwblades.

• Side turbulated Mixers: Mixing time is less and the energy consumption is higher when compared. System is based on mechansims turning in a tank.

Hammer Crasher

The construction of our product is designed by us. During the desigh it is decided to use manganese steel casting grid or perforated sheet. Gypsum,calcite,clay, bone, coal, salt, bentonite, plastic, tinkal are the main products to be crashed in our products.

Chain Transporters

Mainly used in cereal business but can be prefered in mining and construction as well because of its transfer easiness due to geometric advantage.

The transfer may ve either made on the floor or ceiling.
